The entire place Smells like...

Liked: Near to the beach
Disliked: The roof top was damage, the jacuzzi jets did it work, it was missing the shade at least an umbrella and outdoor furniture broken

The owners deserve to go...

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: First, this place is an Airbnb with no staff in the building no one helps you. Second, the rooms are old and smell old too. Third, they keep the security deposit, After calling them for two weeks and asking them for my security back they finally responded and accused me of having an extra guest and that I smoked in the room. So they keep the deposit. This property is surely run by liars and thieves! I ended up paying over $600 for one night for this run-down place. Also, in the reservation, I was supposed to have a room on Collins Avenue and they gave me one on Washington Avenue. The booking was for 3 people and they charged extra for the third after my stay. I have never experienced such a mafia-run-down property!!!

Liked: The location was great
Disliked: The room was dated, tattered and worn. Most things looked old and dirty (hot tub) couldn’t even get in the hot tub it was so used. The above rain shower head didn’t work. Room service number out of order. Check-in is a complete hassle. The air conditioner ran the whole time we were there and didn’t cool enough to rid the place of humidity. The chaise lounge was ruined with a hole in the seat. It was a complete disappointment. I will never book again!

Liked: I like the fact that it was close to everything in ocean dr and it’s right in the heart of Miami south beach
Disliked: The fact we were supposed to get a hot tub and jacuzzi but we didn’t the fact that we only clean towels and wash cloths the four day we were there

Liked: Room was very clean and spacious enough towels and beautiful view
Disliked: The online check in process needs to be reviewed the owner is very rude and argumentative and wasn’t available to assist with my check in! It took me 4 hours to check in because no one had direct contact to the owner! There was also dust and mold in the bathroom vents

Liked: Not one thing with this visit went right. The staff for the Hotel were extremely rude and not helpful. We were unaware of the hotel name due to every thing being sent to us was coming from SBV Luxury Ocean Hotel Suites. There is nothing luxury about this building, unit, no view, the restaurant, the staff. We were charged by the hotel to store our luggage, at a place we were staying at!
Disliked: Everything was a hassle and unpleasant.We could not operate the thermostat so it was blasting cold air the entire stay.

Disliked: Mold in the room doors didn't lock, jacuzzi tub didn't work
