Liked: The hotel was very clean and the staff incredibly helpful and kind. The rooms were decorated well with comfy beds and spacious bathrooms. The pool was lovely, and it was easily accessible to Cedar Point and many other Lake Erie activities. The coffee shop was an added bonus.
Disliked: Nothing.

A great place to stay...

Liked: The resort like feel of it. The rooms were clean and comfy. Love the pool and outside bar. The front desk workers were really nice.
Disliked: I think the pools should stay open later

Hotel not accommodating towards Veterans...

Liked: Proximity to Cedar Point
Disliked: Was given a room that does not exist & sent on wild goose chase around campus due to front desk error. When brought to hotel management the GM failed to offer an amicable solution. This unfortunately incident impacted me and my medical condition as a Veteran with PTSD. I'm still awaiting a call from Brian Pieter & hotel ADA officer
