Very disappointing

Liked: The only advantage was the proximity to the train station and other public transport stations.
Disliked: Our stay, unfortunately, didn’t meet expectations. We were given a smaller room than the one we had originally booked, which was disappointing. The first room had a strong smell and didn’t appear to have been cleaned at all : the sheets, floor, and furniture were very dirty, and we even found an unused condom under the bed.Since we were only staying for one night, we asked to switch to the room we had initially reserved. It was available, which made us wonder why it hadn’t been assigned to us in the first place. While the second room had clean bedding, the furniture was still quite dirty and we had to wipe things down ourselves. We also found a pair of men’s underwear left in the closet, which suggested the room hadn't been fully checked before our arrival.Both rooms were rather dark due to the absence of a central ceiling light, even during the day with the curtains open. Overall, it was disappointing that we had to ask for the room we had booked in the first place, and the lack of cleanliness made the experience far below what we expected.

Disliked: The room was so extra hot no AC no fan was working they then after a day gave us a mini portable fan to use

Disliked: A/C not working for entire building, during European heat wave. Miserable. I was not informed beforehand. No pool or gym as promised, building under construction. Run down and hotel falling apart. May be fine when construction and upgrades complete
