I expect more from a...

Liked: Staff were friendly and helpful. The location is convenient, close to the Markthal and accessible by public transport. I liked the convenience of an espresso machine (with capsules) and hot water kettle in the room. The room decor was quirky - there was a real record player on the desk, with some records next to it, and an old-fashioned (1930s) telephone.
Disliked: Breakfast was OK, but somewhat limited in variety: I expect more from a 4-star hotel. The bathroom sink is very small, and there was nowhere to place personal toiletries. Room service is only performed once every 3 days, unless you ask specifically for your bed to be made more frequently. The room has a small refrigerator, but it was empty - there was no minibar. I stayed for 7 nights in a 'small double room' at 177 Euro per night: NOT good value. I expected more.

Pleasant hotel in good location!

Liked: Small but comfortable rooms, spacious and clean bathroom with toiletries. Breakfast with hot and cold items. Fruit infused ice water available all day. Pleasant and sunny seating in lobby. Bikes available. Convenient location for exploring the city. Comfortable beds.

Very good option in Rotterdam

Liked: I liked the room and the personal terrace I had access to. Also, breakfast was good.

Lovely hotel and excellent staff

Liked: This is a lovely hotel. The staff were excellent, breakfast was varied and tasty, and our room was really good. We'd happily recommend and stay again.

Just ok

Liked: Good location
Disliked: The bathroom was dirty especially the toilet. Needed chemical and a toilet brush to clean it Also not having a parking garage attached to hotel. Was across the road and had to pay 32 euros per day very expensive.

Lovely

Liked: Staff were exceptionally kind and eager to help, giving us a great experience. Our room was very clean.
Disliked: The room's interior design was not very special. The vinyl record player sadly did not work well.
