Horrible and not as expected

Disliked: One of the staff doesnt help when we need anything and doesnt even greetThe price was really expensive and not worth itNo staff for the luggageBreakfast was barely anythingSometimes the cleaning service enter the room while we put dont disturbMost importantly the ac system was horrible you cant control it, its 1 system for the whole hotel. Some nights we couldnt even sleep because the heater was turned on

Liked: The hotel and staff were so helpful and friendly, they chatted and engaged with us every day. the rooms were clean and spacious and the garden was a nice place to chill out at the end of the day in peace. The furniture throughout was modern but not to a state where they were uncomfortable. The breakfast selection was excellent.
Disliked: To be honest I can not think of anything they could have done better than they already had. I would stay there again if I went to Milan again.
