I enjoyed my stay in...

Liked: The location was perfect. I got a room with a sea view it was a nice size and the bed was very comfortable. Our room was cleaned to perfection every day. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing with lots of choice.
Disliked: The pool is a bit small. The spa wasn’t finished when I arrived even though I was told it would be and it still wasn’t finished when I was leaving.

Liked: Loved the location and the facilities of the hotel!
Disliked: Definitely could have some improvement on the customer service and hospitality when accommodating foreigners. I don’t understand why were discriminated when it came to us ordering room service, we just wanted to eat like everyone else. I understand that there’s the language barrier and difficulty of communication but it was challenging for my wife and I to order room service during the afternoon hours.
