A cheap stopover hotel that...

Liked: Good location
Disliked: Hotel is tired. A small bed which was creaky. Air conditioning was poor. Food was very basic fare.

Liked: Breakfast staff were lovely Made effort for mum who is gluten free
Disliked: air con didnt work on a boiling hot day, was given a fan but didn't help.No milk for tea left in my room when we got some from reception it was a month out of dateBreakfast very very basic for the price, they even hid the little tubs of Nutella, kids recived 1 each. paid extra for hot breakfast that wasn't much better either for the price of it

Liked: It was a cheap deal but I had higher expectations as I thought it was a Ramada. Venue was near to where I had to be.
Disliked: Dinner menu selection was poor, very little choice. Quality of food very basic for breakfast, poor quality ham and cheese on buffet. Receptionist lady was very cold and disinterested, not welcoming. Room decor was very tired, tarnished taps in bathroom, ripped carpet etc.

Convenient, clean and friendly hotel.

Liked: Continental breakfast included in price. Great choice of food and drink. Breakfast area exceptionally clean and staff very polite and helpful. Dishes cleared instantly after eating.and tables thoroughly cleaned.
Disliked: The lift is unbelievably slow. Please have it looked at.
