Hotel with a View

Liked: The location, staff, level of comfort, welcome were all excellent.This is what I expect of a Brend hotel.
Disliked: Although overall cleanliness was excellent, room cleaning service could be improved. But time is limited and, in the circumstances, the staff do their best.

Apart from the hot room...

Liked: Location, very helpful staff, lovely environment, food excellent.
Disliked: Room too hot. Toilet leaked, mentioned it to reception, it wasn’t rectified.

Stunning views, best staff, and...

Liked: Relaxed luxury. Chilled atmosphere. Staff were all brillant clearly well trained, efficent and happy at work. Restaurant waiter Stephan was absolutely brilliant plenty of personality and very genuine.
Disliked: Everything was super

Liked: Amazing location Amazing Swedish massage Good room service
Disliked: The coffee!!! The machine coffee was awful. Fresh coffee essential in a 4 star hotel surely??? Frash menu was limited. Didn’t like limited choices and powdered egg on buffet.
