Friendly staff, very mediocre room...

Liked: Staff are friendly and helpful. Great view of the mountains from the hotel.
Disliked: In general, the hotel could use an update; The fixtures are antiquated. The mixture of condominiums amongst the hotel rooms is kind of off-putting.

Looks cute on outside, inside...

Disliked: Rooms were very hot, had no fans or A/C, had to sleep with balcony door cracked and woke up conjested. Power was out when I tried checking in, apparently people live there and had dogs barking and kids running through hallways at night

Liked: I am waiting for a refund they were not pet friendly although in my search it came up as a pet friendly hotel so I did not stay there

Liked: Was charged a 200 dollar security charge for trashing my room.. Room cleaning never cleaned my room the entire stay then said I was responsible for changing the trash, cleaning the toilet and changing my sheets apparently I'm not sure. I left 5 pairs of contact lenses on the porch, my oilers hood and global records shirt in the room as I was locked out before 11am multiple times.
