Not impressed with the desk...

Liked: Breakfast was basic. Location is great.
Disliked: We booked two King double rooms. One was a king sized room, with fluffy bath robes and reasonable value for money. The other room was charged at the same price but was very small, in fact too small for two suitcases to be opened at the same time. No fluffy robes, bathroom door didn't close, two taps not working. Staff response to this was 'it's just the luck of the draw'. No apologies, no reduction in price for the room. Misleading information.

Really good condition hotel, in...

Liked: Really good condition rooms,Great bathroom,In an amazing village.Food is good,Lively atmosphere in the evenings, but didn't hear anything from the room. 20 mins from snowdon
Disliked: The hotel doesn't open until 15:00,So we had to wait around a bit to get in,And when you're in there's no staff there until 15:00, just a little different.

Curvy regional cheeky trip.

Liked: How accommodating there were when I arrived and asked if I could change my room but to it not having a walk-in shower and on a lower floor.
