Liked: Bed was extra comfy as were the pillows. Loved the balcony, but couldn’t sit out there because of the rain. Receptionist was lovely and check-in a breeze. Will definitely stay again

Liked: We had a quiet, spacious, very clean room with a great view. Very friendly and helpful reception and smooth check-in. Couldn't fault our stay.

Most enjoyable

Liked: I had a suite which was unexpected and gorgeous. I loved everything about this hotel. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was modern and clean, kitchen facilities were above average, close to the centre of town and even the ground floor rooms had a view of the lake.
