Should be able to find a better hotel - the area is full of hotels.

Liked: Clean.
Disliked: Reception - had to ring bell, then someone from the street comes and says your room is couple of doors down. Brochure said bath, not shower; double room turned into single room; staff not friendly; breakfast too busy.

Room was clean and nice,...

Liked: Location very good, very pleasant staff, clean place
Disliked: Well I did book Sapphire but the room was so small they gave me a room at the Pearl Hotel instead which is their joint hotel at an additional cost. But otherwise everything else was good. I believe each room should have standing mirrors. That's really a downfall

Liked: There was only two of us so didn't need extra single bed. Bed was so comfortable slept like a log. Would most definitely stay there again and will definitely tell my family and friends. Staff are lovely very friendly and welcoming
