Should be able to find a better hotel - the area is full of hotels.

Liked: Clean.
Disliked: Reception - had to ring bell, then someone from the street comes and says your room is couple of doors down. Brochure said bath, not shower; double room turned into single room; staff not friendly; breakfast too busy.

Would use again - basic but very clean and friendly.

Liked: This accommodation is usually my go to when I visit London, I have stayed here several times. Rooms are clean and modern, comfy beds with en suite, fridge, kettle, hairdryer, TV, free Wi-Fi. Staff always very pleasant and friendly and happy to help with anything. Location ideal, on the underground line so easy access to all the main attractions in London. The area is also nice with plenty to do- restaurants, bars, coffee shops, W12 shopping mall and Westfield, markets.
Disliked: Unfortunately they no longer provide breakfast.

Liked: The location was great, the bed was so comfy, and the place was lovely and clean.
Disliked: The bathroom was so small. The towels were small, the hair dryer was broken, and there was a broken plug still in the socket. The metal of it was sticking out.

Disliked: Sound of the water tube from the washroom. When people use the washroom of their own room, other rooms people will be distributed by this especially at night.
