Sapphire Hotel London

Should be able to find a better hotel - the area is full of hotels.

Liked: Clean.
Disliked: Reception - had to ring bell, then someone from the street comes and says your room is couple of doors down. Brochure said bath, not shower; double room turned into single room; staff not friendly; breakfast too busy.

Would use again - basic but very clean and friendly.

Liked: Excellent breakfast.
Disliked: Bit basic.

Disliked: Staff incredibly rude. One of the hottest days in the year. Put us in the loft with no way to keep cool. Dangerously hot. When we spoke to the staff they said ‘this is what you get when you book a budget hotel’. We paid over a £100 a night!

Liked: Great location and easy walk to the tube station.
Disliked: No A/C it was hot on the top floor and a lot of noise from the street. All in all not a bad place to stay for a few days

Disliked: Well I did book Sapphire but the room was so small they gave me a room at the Pearl Hotel instead which is their joint hotel at an additional cost. But otherwise everything else was good. I believe each room should have standing mirrors. That's really a downfall
