Very pleasant just little things...

Liked: Plenty of character and not too crowded Food and staff excellent
Disliked: Room was small no where to sit and write Struggled with stairs - not told there was a lift in another part of the hotel

Disliked: We paid to upgrade A compressed kept us awake all night Also a very bright light above door outside our window…maybe dark blinds ???would help I have emailed with no response Refuse room 1!!!!

Liked: Complimentary ev charging bay.Bedding issue promptly addressed Really good cooked breakfast & fruit too.Friendly staffRoom nice and warm throughout night.
Disliked: Hotel appears a little tired decor- wise but still presentable.Large fan left in room (from summer?) needn't have been there.Cold water mostly quite warm.
