Liked: It was a really clean hotel and the staff where very friendly and helpful . I would stay there again

Not the standard you expect...

Liked: Check in, parking and the room were all fine. The hair dryer was not working when we checked in but was replaced very quickly.
Disliked: Having stayed there before we knew we would have to request a kettle, us brits and tea, but after waiting at least 2 hours we had to ask again. Not acceptable for a hotel at this price point. Servicing the room was very haphazard. No water left on 2 days, towels removed and not replaced, had to ask for them when we got back to the room. When asking for milk my wife was charged 5 euros for the privilege of being supplied some from the cafe. The person who served my wife was arrogant and with a very unhelpful attitude.

Liked: Lovely big hotel close to the beach. Swift and easy check in with helpful and polite staff.Nice room, with large comfy bed and bright bathroom with hot and powerful shower. Excellent wi-fi.Only there for one night so cannot comment on other amenities available.Decent selections of bars and places to eat within a stones throw away.On checking out staff very helpful in arranging a taxi to the airport.Thank you.
Disliked: Nothing. We could not fault anything at all.

A great hotel by Santander's...

Liked: + The prices were very accesible for a four-star hotel in Santander, maybe because we travelled off season, but still a really good deal.+ Close to the beach (El Sardinero), nevertheless lots of parking options+ Very nice, ample, comfy rooms.

Liked: The breakfast was outstanding,they choice and quality and fresh ingredients were outstanding.
Disliked: The hotel is out of the city but next to the promenade/beach.The room were small and quiet tight for 3 people.
