Family friendly and clean.

Liked: We originally booked the standard Queen room but decided to upgrade to the family suite. The staff were more than willing to accommodate our request. We loved the room and it was very clean!
Disliked: Lighting by the outdoor pool area is definitely needed

Liked: How close it was to Holiday World.
Disliked: This place was very run down. No up keep at all! Paint was peeling all over the floor in swimming area. Some of the chairs were broken and stained up. The air conditioner didn't work correctly in our room and was very loud. Found a bug crawling on the wall in our room and there was a blood stain on the blanket on the bed. It was very disgusting! You would think a hotel that charged us $250 a night would be a great place to stay but unfortunately it was a dump!

Disliked: A little run down and there was a distinct smell throughout stay.

The location was convenient and...

Liked: We liked how close it was to Holiday World, and that there was free breakfast in the morning.
Disliked: The rooms felt like they haven’t been updated for a while. The sheets were extremely thin, and the bedding was pretty dated. It would have been nice to have a little more “Santa” theming in the rooms.

Your only option close to...

Liked: Location to Holiday World was great.
Disliked: The place is old and outdated. Room was dirty, spider webs, ants and hair on bathroom floor. They absolutely take advantage of being the only place to stay in town. A 100 dollar room at best cost us $230 for one night. Absolutely insane.

SWEET ONE 2

Liked: Great location! Indoor and outdoor pools. Close to everything. Breakfast was good, scrambled eggs, sausage patties, biscuits, country gravy, waffles, muffins, toast, and yogurt. Our room was a little outdated, but clean. Staff was accommodating and helpful.
