Disliked: During my stay, unfortunately, I misplaced my valuable Tiffany necklace. Upon realizing this, I immediately contacted the receptionist for assistance. However, the response I received was less than satisfactory. I called the front desk and was kept waiting for an extended period. When I tried to provide my contact information, the receptionist abruptly hung up on me.Subsequently, at 4:07 pm, I made another call where the receptionist apologized for the earlier inconvenience and assured me that he would check and call me back. Despite leaving my contact details, I did not receive any response. Frustratingly, at 8:51 pm, after three attempts to follow up, I was informed that the Housekeeping department could not locate my Tiffany necklace.I must express my disappointment with the handling of this matter. As a guest of a global hotel chain like yours, I did not expect to face such challenges in resolving a concern. The lack of communication and timely action has left me dissatisfied with the service provided during this incident.In the past, I have had positive experiences with Marriott Hotels, which is why this incident stands out negatively. I believe in the reputation and quality of service that your hotel represents, and I hope this matter can be addressed appropriately.

Bad, because you expect that...

Liked: The location, and the facilities are nice, it is a nice place!
Disliked: The facilities, and the rooms, and I said rooms because we rent two, are so dirty, all the furniture, and doors are full of dust, and steins, the glasses for drinking water were all sticky, the carpet was dirty not even vacuumed, one of the beds had huge steins of liquid, the pillows smell so bad, and it was full of dog hair, honestly was dissatisfying to see the hotel in such a bad condition!

Disliked: It appeared that the bedsheets had not been changed. We called hotel staff to get them changed. It took them a while to come. The house keeping staff could have been more polite. They did the work but were annoyed.
