Liked: We enjoyed the 24 hour restaurant 5 blocks away which we had to use because there was not any coffee available onsite.
Disliked: We walked into a room that was filthy, broken down and worst customer service we have ever received. We have photos and videos to show anyone interested. Because of our schedule-a wedding in afternoon, we did not have time to find a new hotel. We weren't looking for something fancy. Just clean and welcoming. Not a broken toilet paper holder with a quarter roll. Not given a blanket and told "use this side the other side is dirty". Perhaps with a working lock not taped on by electrical tape. A working refrigerator would have been thoughtful. The cherry on the top, to be told our relationship is our "personal problem" felt so wrong. (we are a married gay couple). In calling the property afterwards we found out that they would allow us to check in at 12:00 with no additional costs. They shouldn't just choose who they will charge additional costs to. That is just biased.
