Such a shame ! Such...
Liked: The maintenance staff ! And the neighbours. Across and down a bit , there was 2 young girls or 3 ,and from the minute they had there keys to go in there chalet they played "BOOOOOOM!! MUSIC NIGHT AND DAY ,
Disliked: Didn't like the dirty chalets beds really uncomfortable, the floors were full of dirt and grit from outdoors , the door handles were sticky on the handles and black , I stood for a moment as I could smell dog wee but couldn't see it anywere but it stank , turns out it was on bottom of cupboard doors and along the kick board's so we cleaned them and still we could smell it !! , everytime we went outside I could smell it strong so! I liffted the carpet by the door , & OMG!! THERE WAS A PUDDLE OF DOG WEE WE WERE HEAVING , so we chucked the carpet out door as it was absolutely we spent friday evening cleaning the toilet and basin , Saturday morn we bought some stuff to clean black mold from shower walls wiped all handles down & light switches, Saturday was spent washing and wiping kitchen and cupboards down & handles were as sticky as hell , Saturday afternoon the maintenance staff were doing jobs right across from me and I asked how do I report! Something? He's asked me what was wrong so I explained it to him and he said 5 min ill fix it now for you " and he did bless him . So now my 3 year old won't fall of between the wc & the wall

Perfect, clean & welcoming
Liked: Warm, helpful, and very accommodating welcome despite our +11pm arrival. The chalet was exceptionally clean, a great sized space with all equipment and accessories we needed to hand. You couldn't tell the chalets accommodated dogs because the high standard of cleanliness was SO good, your cleaners are definite keepers!!We didn't use the bar or cafe as we were visiting with family close by, but they both appeared very nice and the shop was well stocked at reasonable prizes. We loved the close proximity to the beach
Disliked: Recycling wasn't clearly labelled for sorting & with new mandates coming in (some areas are live), I guess that's something that will need reviewing & implementing. Our adult children (18 & 22) were alittle uncomfortable on the single beds, but Im guessing they're made for younger lighter children, so we would bring quilts to cushion next time.

Does the job
Liked: For the price it was great. We travelled as a family of 3 (kids 9+12) and the bronze chalet size was just right, if you're big people you may want more room, especially in the kids room. The location was quiet the entertainment was your typical park kinda stuff. The pool is fun and the kids can try water zorbing for free! There was a hairdryer in the accommodation. It has all the basics. On site shop is very limited but there's a Tesco 10 minute drive away. The chalet was clean although tatty if you look close. It was a cheap weekend that the kids loved!
Disliked: Nothing major really but if I had to be picky: The leather sofas aren't the most comfortable but that's a personal dislike. The double bed had one side comfortable and one side you could feel the springs. Luckily I had the bed to myself so I could pick a side. Bring a tin opener as both ours and my friends one didn't work. If you like to eat rice bring a sieve as they only have colanders. And no wooden spoons only plastic cooking utensils. The bedroom doors are these weird slidy things but they're not attached at the bottom so if there's any wind and the windows are open (we came during the mini heatwave) they bang about. Easily rectified though by shoving some tissue between the door and wall.
