It was okay,but the resort...
Liked: I love the spacious rooms.
Disliked: We had to check in late and I had to ask for updates they wasn’t given. Going without water for hours once we arrived for hours wasn’t fun. We didn’t get any house keeping and even when we requested service to simply get towels, rags etc. we had to call several times.Ive stay in this resort many times but the service we were provided was some of the worst I’ve ever received.

Liked: Everything was clean, staff was friendly and in a great location a lot of things are in walking distance
Disliked: They spa tub didn’t work and on my floor was fans in the hallway I guess there was a leak somewhere

This will be the place...
Liked: The location, the floor I stayed on, the amenities, and most of the staff were nice and welcoming.
Disliked: No 24/7 coffee in the lobby. Coffee available from 7-10 am. Limited items for your coffee.

Our stay was not enjoyable...
Liked: It was nice have the indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs. Also the lazy river for the kids.
Disliked: The bed was not comfortable at all.The curtain and stove was very dirty.Booked the room to be able to get in the jetted tub and it did not work so I took a shower then called the front desk 3 times before someone answered and told them. The lady said maintenance was gone and she would let them know in the morning. Then she called back and said maintenance was coming up, I told her I had gotten into bed by then but that didn’t matter. The maintenance man still came up and I had to put on clothes because I was in my night clothes. After he did whatever he did the room had a terrible odor. I thought my baby had a poopy diaper but he didn’t. Lastly there was a lot of dead skin floating on the water in the indoor hot tub.
