Sands Ocean Club

TV remote did not work and the housekeeper started knocking on the door at 9am and did not stop. We had a late check out time of 12 noon. I was not impressed.

Liked: Great price, very clean.
Disliked: Disappointing.

Everything was great!

Liked: We truly enjoyed our stay and everything was great! The room was good. The area where we stayed was just right when it came to the balcony. We could see so much from the balcony. We would recommend this hotel to anyone and family members.
Disliked: There were some things in the room that could have been a little better. The refrigerator has some issues on the outside of it but it was still good to use. The floor has some stains on it but could have been a little cleaner.

Liked: The bar was nice and the staff and people were very friendly.
Disliked: Throughout the night we had to be moved to another room because we got bit by something in our bed.

Liked: The location and the music entertainment was nice
Disliked: Hallways were dirty. The bedframes were rusted. Not a very clean experience.

Many great amenities, fabulous location...

Liked: This location is and absolutely beautiful ocean front resort with many great amenities. Loved the ocean front room, ocean Annie’s entertainment, bands, free lunch breakfast buffet on site restaurants. All excellent!
Disliked: The parking garage was great however, the stairwell in the parking garage was so unbelievably disgusting and smelled like pee that you couldn’t even touch the railings going down the stairs it is horribly maintained inside that stairwell and dangerous. Clean up the garage, stairwell and better maintain the cleanliness of the elevator. It was filthy. This is a beautiful resort but needs to be maintained better. The rooms need painted updated in the bathroom there was actually mold on the ceiling and anybody taller than 56 would have to bend to get a shower. Housekeeping was practically nonexistent every time we needed something we had to call downstairs multiple times and still did not get what we asked for so many great things about this resort are over, shattered by the facility, not being updated in the rooms and dirty in many places, the elevators, the hallways, the stairwells are just not kept up and the rooms need to be better maintained painted rust in the bathrooms. the mirrors need replaced in the shower. I don’t know how but how anybody taller than 56 even gets a shower there the water pressure needs addressed also.

Would I sty there again...
