Disappointing

Disliked: Overcharging on everything and putting extra on my bill. Staff at times were unfriendly and unhelpful.

Liked: Atmosphere is magical! Food is fantastic. Cool music playing everywhere. Beautiful pool and jacuzzi. Best hotel ever in the desert.
Disliked: The only thing I didn’t like was that we had to leave

Couldn’t have been happier staying...

Liked: The property is a beautiful boutique hotel with lots of charm and elegance. It is clear that much thought went into the details when it came to the decor of this special oasis. I loved the double patios in the junior suite with a bathtub on one patio and a nice lounging sitting area on the other patio. The Pink Cabana Restaurant seems like a lovely little restaurant, though I only passed through and didn’t get a chance to eat there. The staff all over the hotel and restaurant were just wonderful. The location is in close proximity to the Indian Wells Tennis Center, which was so very convenient.
Disliked: Nothing. I loved everything about it.

Disliked: The patio light could not be adjusted or turned off

MCM in all it's glory!...

Liked: The shower had great water pressure and it was beautiful! Loved the mid-century design and restaurant was really nice too. Everyone, staff, were all super friendly. Loved our stay - wished we could stay longer!
Disliked: We are not big drinkers of hard alcohol and had a lot in our room! We understood the "Mad Men" decor and thought it was super fun idea but drank zero of it! We did not find the coffee supply until later because it was hidden underneath! I want a coffee bar above next time but honestly, EVERYTHING was really awesome.
