Liked: The location in proximity to Newport Beach is the biggest selling point.
Disliked: The room was old and dingy. It was not dirty, just everything was worn and old. No iron available in the room or entire facility.

Disliked: Air-con is old and not working efficiently. It did not cool the room.

Disliked: Bathroom..- door off vanity, shower peeling on the outside of it definitely needs some work.Room- needs sprucing up, even a coat up paint would at least brighten it up… weird smell

Liked: Parking was convenient and was actually pretty quiet at night. Friendly staff as well.
Disliked: Room was outdated and needs to be updated. Found cockroach in room.
