You can't go wrong with...

Liked: This is a beautiful property right on award-winning Clearwater Beach. The area is still finalizing recovery efforts from the 2024 hurricanes, but everything at the property itself was back up and running. Staff were mostly knowledgeable and helpful. The hotel is pet friendly, and we brought our dog with us. Our dog was gifted a small care package with treats, a pet bowl, and a branded pad for a bed. That was a really nice touch!
Disliked: Elevators were slow. Despite being a pet friendly hotel, the pet relief area was not conveniently located. While this is a gorgeous property and a premium is to be expected for a beachfront location, the nightly rate still felt pricey. Beach chairs were extra and sold out early (also to be expected, but still). The pet contract states that a staff member is required to come and walk through the room before checkout/departure. The front desk person knew nothing about this.

Liked: Very warm welcome on arrival by the valet guy (BJ) I think he was called who has worked here 15years. Really helpful and friendly. Reception staff friendly and professional on arrival. Expected us as last to check in late. Lovely spacious room

Disliked: bathroom facilities by lobby and pool were dirty on multiple days. smelled badly and were not cleaned. gym needs updating and expansion. has not been improved in many years.
