Liked: Check in and out was seamless and the staff were wonderful. Beach was perfect and the pool was amazing. Room was clean and beds were comfortable.
Disliked: Beach chairs and umbrellas should have been included for the $50 resort fee. That was a major let down for us. No reason two chairs per room and one umbrella can’t be included.

Beach was beautiful

Liked: The rooms had been remodeled.
Disliked: The tv controller and door key systems did not work three times. One worker at front desk so lines were long. The pool was overcrowded and pool bathrooms were very dirty. Parking and beach chairs were too expensive.

Overall we had a wonderful...

Liked: Very clean room and staff was friendly. The pool is amazing with available towels, pool floats and chairs. Fun events held for children - movies, smores, mermaid encounter. Close walk to the private beach!
Disliked: The $40 daily parking fee
