A beautiful place with lovely...

Liked: The facility and cleanliness was good, very comfortable and in a beautiful area. Only thing was the morning they were strumming the grass from 8am right outside our window so was a bit annoying when we were away and got woke up early but was ok apart from that.
Disliked: No communication didn’t see a member of staff at all.

Disliked: Key card did not work on one of the rooms and they would not fix it.

Functional and comfortable

Liked: The check-in was simple and flexible (collect the key from a box then drop it in another box when you check-out). Location was decent and plenty of parking. Price point was relatively good too.
Disliked: Things felt a bit dated and the shower over the bath wasn't very powerful.

Excellent location in Esher

Disliked: Breakfast is not provided although it says “Bed & Breakfast” on the Lodge when you arrive.Room was exceptionally hot with no air con. No staff on site

Pretty rubbish, even for a...

Liked: The location was good, given the reason for our visit. There was free parking, which we hoped would be a given, but was still a relief. The room was clean and the check-in process was straightforward.
Disliked: However, there was a lot that was very disappointing. The mattress was very uncomfortable, you could feel the springs when you laid on it. The fan didn't work, on what was one of the hottest days of the year. The man I spoke to said there was nothing he could do, but didn't even apologise or offer to let management know. The shower was feeble with no pressure. There wasn't an extractor fan in the bathroom so it made an already hot room worse. The building said it was a bed and breakfast, but there wasn't even a vending machine to buy cold drinks or a snack. Oh, and there was no fridge in the room to refrigerate anything we might have brought with us.

Liked: Excellent value for money. Everything worked re collection of key card.
Disliked: Light above sink was flickering,unusable. Light tube needing replacement.

Liked: The location, I had forgotten about the traffic though .very comfortable, quiet, peaceful, ample parking. Enjoyable
Disliked: The Roadworks in the area.
