Cheap and cheerful.

Liked: Great locations for visiting Hampton Court Palace. Property was clean and next to restaurants and shops. Instructions for arrival were clear and spot on.
Disliked: Property was a little dated and run down in places. It was unclear whether parking was free or not.

A comfy stay at a...

Liked: We stayed for a couple of nights and we loved our stay. The room was spacious, clean and tidy with a nice vibe, a comfy bed and a little table with a chair. Communication was all done via email so we didn’t have an interaction with any staff but it was all informative and clear. There is free parking on site and the location is very good for anyone travelling to London, Chessington or Thorpe park. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
Disliked: The shower was decent but the water pressure could have been a tad bit stronger.

Liked: Very handy for the venue we were attending.
Disliked: There is no manned reception and no lift that I could see. Luckily I had arranged for a ground floor room for my friend with a disability or she wouldn’t have got upstairs.

Liked: The room was super clean. Towels with toiletries were provided nicely. Bathroom was clean. Bed was super king with right amount of hardness. A fan was provided which was very thinking because without that it would have been difficult in this hot summer days. The location was perfect. It is short walk to the shops and restaurants.
Disliked: Though it says Bed & Breakfast in the building, but there is no breakfast.

Liked: Check-in was smooth, the room was spacious and clean, and the bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: The room had an old-fashioned style, and the windows could only be tilted open, which made it difficult to ventilate properly during the hot weather. The water pressure in the bathroom was very low, which made showering quite inconvenient. The sink had the traditional English setup with separate hot and cold taps. Overall, we found the price a bit high for the value offered.
