Great hotel option in Esher

Liked: The flexibility of the management when I guffed the booking. The hotel is in a great location and provides a great service for our business needs for staff staying near to our business

Would stay again

Liked: Although no staff on site. Comms was good prior to stay. Lots of choice to places to eat nearby and great location for Hampton Court Palace and London
Disliked: Rooms were dated but plenty of room

Rubbish stay

Liked: I have already written 2 reports so am not going to write another. Bed had springs poking through bathroom light flashed on and off and gave me a migraine. Toilet didn't flush properly. Please refund 50% of the money paid.

Somewhat dated but clean, functional...

Liked: Very well located with Esher High Street with all its amenities just a few yards away...ie bars, restaurants, shops etc. Room was a decent size and everything was clean although a touch dated. Bed was comfortable and bedding was fresh and well laundered. The free Wifi worked well. Remote check in (via external key safe) was quick and easy.
Disliked: Bathroom, although clean and functional, does need updating....shower was just a shower head attached to the taps. My sleep was interrupted but a very loud party of people arriving back at the Lodge around 2am and continuing to make a lot of noise for a long while afterwards elsewhere in the building.
