Satisfactory in all respects.

Liked: Good standard of everything in the room.
Disliked: Check in at 7pm was difficult. Not being tall I could not read the digits easily in poor light.Toilet paper in room could be of a better standard.

Disliked: Displays Bed and BREAKFAST. There was no breakfast. The Restaurant facility was for the Race Course not Residents

Convenient location when visiting family...

Liked: Cleanliness and location.
Disliked: In order to obtain a ground floor room, it cost an additional £20 per night. Whilst the room was accesible for a wheelchair user, there were no grab bars in the bathroom and the toilet was very low..Both bedside lights did not work. There was no comfortable easy chair.The lack of restaurant facilities is inconvenient.No onsite staff.
