Friendly, well located hotel

Liked: Location good and reception staff friendly and welcoming
Disliked: The room was not cleaned well, plastic beakers from bathroom were behind fan in main room. Bathroom cold water tap did not run properly

Convenient, Clean, Warm, but sadly...

Liked: Very convenient location for the racecourse, amazingly friendly staff that you could have a laugh with and you want to make their day as they make yours.
Disliked: the plumbing and shower water pressure is poor, very dated. The toilet takes a long time to fill and the pressure from the shower head is poor at best.
