Liked: Extremely friendly staff. Great commodities like coffee, tea and soft drinks. The smart TV made it easy to find entertainment.
Disliked: The doors don't stay unlocked and the lights outside the door kept me up at night.

Liked: Good value for money, we were comfortable, we slept well the lady that runs the hotel was very helpful and fussed to make we and as I noticed other guests were comfortable. We stayed the one night to attend an event at Sandown race track it served the purpose very well.

Liked: It was quite a big room, it met our needs. Just a one night stay as we passed through.
Disliked: The only sink was in the bathroom. Not a deal breaker.
