Good location, lovely staff and...

Liked: Easy to locate, safe and free parking areas, near cafes. Clean and very friendly customer oriented staff.
Disliked: The furnishings and bathrooms are outdated. Bathtub+shower doesn’t drain well.

Liked: Location for sure. Booked two rooms for friends and requested close to each other rooms, we were next each other which was perfect! In the past, same request but same floor but totally opposite side of the building so we really appreciated .
Disliked: Rv remote seems not working well and call front desk but no answer, ended up went to front desk to ask for assistance. Then the staff wasn’t able to figure out and left. Eventually, my son figured out..

Disliked: Extreme over priced at about $500 per night. Bath tub needed a deep clean. Dark brown carpet felt dirty

Disappointing

Liked: Let's start with the geographical location. Apart from being close to the airport, if you don't have a car and need to take a bus or subway to go out for a trip, it won't be very convenient. Secondly, the main reason why I won't choose to stay here again is that I booked a loft suite. The air conditioner is very noisy. Sleeping in the loft would be very hot. Sleeping on the sofa bed next to the air conditioner is cold and noisy. There's also the problem with the bathroom. The accompanying body wash and shampoo are only a small bottle. It's really uncomfortable to live here. Another thing that I really can't stand is that the wifi doesn’t work,and always disconnects. I'm really not the kind of person with very high demands. I can't accept it. The accommodation fee is not cheap either. The cost performance is too low.
