Central, safe and clean

Liked: The suite was newly renovated and was very clean. The bathroom was very nice and the kitchen was very well stocked in terms of dishes, pots and pans and appliances. The bed was very comfy as was, to our surprise, the fold out couch in.the living room. I appreciated that the sheets were clean and crisp and had no floral or chemical fragrance. The hotel is located on.a nice part of Davie Street. Lots of nice restaurants as well as a President's Choice Indipendent Grocery store just down the street a wonderful Kims vegetable and fruit market right next door and a 24 hour Shoppers Drug Mart. On Saturdays in the spring and summer there is a street market just a few blocks over. Oh and I really appreciated the security of needing our room cards to use the elevator-so much better when the lobby opens onto the street. Parking worked out very well and it was relatively easy to get to Bard on the Beach (which we could see from one of the suites windows- a very nice view all around) which was our reason for being in town. All the staff people we met were pleasant and helpful.
Disliked: No real problems. Davie Street is busy and somewhat noisy when the door to the balcony was open. It is a busy neighbourhood. The bedroom was, however, quiet with the door shut.

Disliked: I like the all in one convenience, washer dryer, kitchen

Disappointing

Liked: Location was good .
Disliked: Small lifts of which only two were working and as we were on floor 21 it was a long wait for one to arrive.

Liked: Great view from the 23rd floor,good location, lots of places to eat nearby. Supermarket close by. Short walk to the beach. Plenty of space in the apartment , kitchen facilities good

Great Location, awesome staff, comfy...

Liked: Great size room with comfortable bed. Situated in the middle of Davie Str with Stanley Park on the left and the docks on the right. Lots of restaurants around with large variety. Friendly, helpful staff. Would definitely recommend a stay here.
Disliked: I thought it was slightly expensive considering the lack of views - at least from the 6th floor. Noise from neighbours entering their rooms late at night - couldn't hear people in their rooms, just entering or waiting at the lifts chatting.
