My first trip to Vancouver...

Liked: The view was amazing. The kitchen was well equipped. I was surprised to see a washer/dryer in a closet.
Disliked: There was a fire that required evacuation. We stood outside in the cold for well over an hour with no information about the emergency. I would think good customer service would keep the guests informed about the status.
