Very Disappointing

Liked: We liked the Location
Disliked: The place is in need of a renovation. Our room was dumpy. Old furniture with lots of scratches and chips. Couch with a blanket thrown over it. Shower had a bar for a handheld but it was broken Room had a 1 star hotel feel. Desk staff not really friendly

Superb

Liked: Good location with many F&B and shop surrounding.Walking distance to shopping street, such as Robson street.In room facilities are fully equip with 2 in 1 laundry washer.
Disliked: Balcony flooring are rough cement.A/C location on the floor.

Good apartment stay on BC...

Liked: great view from higher floor, when we arrived early they let us up to the pool area to wait. We had 2 tvs, one in bedroom and one in lounge. full kitchen with dishwasher and washer drier. location , for a stop on the bc connector route to get to victoria but was 15 mins walk from better restaurants
Disliked: basic furniture, small room and bathroom, although decent sized shower, (probably replaced a bath), building felt tired. Internet was patchy, although reception gave us another access. Area is undergoing renewal, lots of new apartment blocks and cheap eats, but felt safe. Expensive

The Sandman was over all...

Liked: The location was great! The hotel is close to restaurants within walking distance. We didn't have far to get on our cruise ship. We loved the balcony with great mountain views!
Disliked: I recommend a fan in the bedroom. My parents slept in there and it got hot during the night compared to where I slept on the pullout couch.

Very good

Liked: The rooms are fine. Very clean with contemporize design.
Disliked: The parking basement is filthy. It feels very unsafe. They say they charge $20.00 a night but then tack on $17.00 in taxes & services. for a total $34.00
