Sandman Suites Surrey - Guildford

A bit of a hassle.

Liked: Nice suite
Disliked: Poor communication. No parking for car with storage box on roof. Inexperienced front desk staff.

Liked: That it takes cats and the location is good.
Disliked: It needs to be spruced up but you’re working on it.

Superb

Liked: The room size exceeded my expectation, it is so spacious. I like the balcony. The free breakfast, though modest, is appreciated.
Disliked: It'd be better if there is vegan milk for coffee.

Staffing issue

Liked: Location was good
Disliked: Staff was not polite. No one picks the call at reception. Tried 5 different times during my stay, no one responded. Dishwasher leaked but no one took the call.

Fantastic!

Liked: Staff (Nita?) was an absolute sweetheart and a delight to work with. The rooms, even un-renovated, are beautiful. Very comfortable, feels like "home". I would genuinely live in one of these kitchen suites...
Disliked: My ONLY complaint; the pillows aren't terribly comfortable.
