All in all very pleasant....

Liked: Good location close to airport.Denny’s and Chop on site.
Disliked: Room is not cleaned daily unless requested and that was not made known to us.Even after requesting clean towels it took many hours to receive them.

Perfect for a Vancouver airport...

Liked: Easy Shuttle to and from the airport. Two restaurants on site. The Chop Room was really good for an evening meal and Denny's was good for breakfast. The pool with slide was great for the kids, and overall a great layover Hotel very close to the airport.
Disliked: All good

Was cheated on booking with...

Liked: The hotel was good in general.
Disliked: It was listed in Booking website for $265.00 per night with $288.00 crossed out. I did not pay attention before checking out but was charged for $288.00 and non-refunding. It is total deceptive marketing either by booking or the hotel. I will NOT going back to booking,com again and will share my experience with my business associates and friends.

Liked: It was nice to have a room with enough beds for my family.
Disliked: It would have been nice to have a dresser in the room of some sort. We didn't really have any place to put our clothese. The bathroom could use an update.

One of the cheapest in...

Liked: Location, near the airport.
Disliked: I was with my family of four, had only two towels in the bathroom. I asked for more, they told me to pick at the front desk. I was in the 17th floor.At the time of checkout, I waited like 15 minutes, only one staff attending a guest and I had to find out the express checkout.
