Liked: Good bed.
Disliked: Poor WiFi, black mold in the shower grout and trim, nails sticking out of the bathroom molding, scoff marks on the bathtub and water marks/stains on the cabinetry.

Overall, a good hotel with...
Liked: Nice and clean, decent sized room. The daytime staff were really delightful.
Disliked: Received a very poor welcome on arrival after a long flight in the evening. Greeted with ‘last name?’ Not friendly.Ordered a salad from room service as hadn’t eaten anything all day and tired. Really good portion (plenty for 2/3 people). Arrived quickly and tasted good but our nominated tip was ignored and they charged 18%. What’s the point in asking if you want to give a different tip if going to go ahead and charge what they want?

Disliked: I stayed for just one night and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience. From the moment I arrived, there was a constant motor-like noise in the room that made it difficult to relax. I turned off the A/C, thinking that was the source, but the noise persisted throughout the night.My room was also right in front of the ice machine, and to my surprise, a couple of guests were loudly collecting ice at 4:20 a.m. The sound echoed through the hallway, making it nearly impossible to sleep. I had flown in from Vancouver (a 5-hour flight), had an early appointment at the consulate, and was due to fly another 5 hours the next day. Yet, I only managed to sleep between 5 and 8 a.m.To add to the discomfort, the bathroom was not properly cleaned. There was a black hair on the toilet paper roll, which clearly wasn’t mine. It made me question the overall hygiene standards of the room.Overall, I never felt comfortable during my stay. The room was noisy, the cleanliness questionable, and it was far from the restful night I desperately needed. I wouldn’t stay here again.
