For a name like the...

Liked: Clean and comfortable beds. Good parking facility
Disliked: Room service is terrible, ... It took them close to an hour and three phone calls to get a portion of chips and wings from the kitchen to the room (1800hrs, not late night).The room service was served in a brown bag by a third party delivery service ???(as the person told us he did not work for the hotel ) There was no cutlery to go with itThere is no ice machine to get some iceThe staff was pretty dumb to tell us that they can't get us a jug of water or glasses to drink from !! ( Its against their policy !!)The restaurant was OK ,after the awful room service experience.And lo and behold, we saw the same guy working in the restaurant who claimed he did not work for the hotel and was a part or a 'third party delivery service'

Disliked: Nothing

Great stay would stay again...

Liked: It is a beautiful hotel and the rooms are large, beautifully appointed with very comfortable beds.
Disliked: We had booked the large suite with soaker tub. When we got to the room, it was the room right beside the elevator and makes a horrible noise each and every time the elevator moves. Apparently all 10 soaker tub rooms are situated right beside the elevator. We immediately asked for another suite but since the hotel was fulll for hockey tournaments, they put us in a regular room, which was also fantastic and much bigger than what I had anticipated, so it worked out perfectly for us. I would however ask the hotel group why they would put any room, let alone their most expensive rooms beside a noisy elevator - no guest is going to be happy staying beside that noise, no matter what they paid for a room. Side note - we stayed in a regular kitchenette suite last time (as opposed to the soak tub suite) and that was also lovely, very spacious and not right beside the elevators.
