Liked: Been here a ton of times over the years. The front desk staff is amazing and helpful with any complaint
Disliked: Housekeeping needs to be supervised closely. I had used towels that were clearly refolded (not our own. We stayed one night). There was a tree roach in the room. The door didn’t lock when you closed it. I tried really hard but you could simply push the door open and it would open. The staff took my concerns seriously. I appreciated they and will be going back. The other times that visit I didn’t have as many issues.

Liked: Good location and good price. Bed was comfy.
Disliked: Room felt muggy. Room and facility was dirty. We ordered room service and food looked horrible.

Liked: It is in a good location.
Disliked: Our hotel room was visibly dirty. We also requested towels 3 times before we finally got some. The outside of the hotel looks nice but inside it is not clean.

Disappointing

Liked: I like that it was so convenient to get to everything the bars the mall and right around the corner from my sis house
Disliked: I didn't like that there was no microwave in the room and the lighting in the bathroom was too dem and I didn't like that I was charged 50 dollars a day for a convenience fee instead of one sec fee
