A Stylish, comfortable and safe...

Liked: -Great location, not too far from downtown Ottawa. -Super clean and friendly staff.-Rooms are very clean, washrooms very modern and nice touch with rain showers. (lots of towels and very nice bathrobe)-Lobby is very modern and warm-Business centre has open space for working in a very nice surrouning-Coffee in the lobby until 4 PM.-Gym is okay, pool didn't try but looked a bit small. -Lots of parking and options to park around the hotel with -Within 1-5 minutes there are tonnes of places to eat and different price points,-Check-in process really easyService and value was exceptional in our opinion, it was a busy hotel but staff kept it very tidy and clean.
Disliked: -An Elevator was out so a bit of a bummer-I was surprised the coffee station in the lobby closes at 4 PM-Hard to fnd anything elese really to find faults about

Disliked: No creamer selection for coffee. It would be good to have a variety of options for coffee drinkers. Liquid coffee mate is so bad for human consumption.

Liked: Location was great, many nearby places to get food and a quick drive to many more

Liked: The room had a kitchen and balcony
Disliked: Once we arrived to the room there was a bag of garbage beside the door. It remained there when we left

Liked: Spacious room, good mattress.
Disliked: Both elevators were not working and none of the guests were informed, many people were waiting for it to come only to realize they need to walk with their luggage to 5. floor.

Lovely modern hotel with good...

Liked: Lovely modern hotel with plenty of good restaurants within walking distance.
Disliked: Both elevators were out of service for a while.
