Disliked: I booked 2 nights stay through booking.com but when I went to check in, I was told they didn't take debit visa. The payment was taken out already but was told if I cancel my stay that my money would be refunded but 5 days later and I still haven't received my refund

Disliked: 1/5 Stars - Disappointing Stay at Sandman HotelMy recent stay at Sandman Hotel was a letdown, to say the least. The customer service was frustratingly poor—staff seemed uninterested when I raised concerns about my room, and getting a simple issue resolved took multiple calls to the front desk. Housekeeping was another issue; it’s only offered every few days unless you request it before 11 AM, which is inconvenient and not clearly communicated at check-in.The worst part was the water slide. The hotel’s website and booking site prominently feature a water slide, which my kids were excited about, but we arrived to find it permanently closed—apparently for years! When I asked management about the misleading photos, they brushed it off and told me to take it up with the booking site. Add to that a generally dated room with a musty smell, and it’s clear this place needs serious improvement. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend it unless you’re prepared for disappointment.

Amazing experience!

Liked: It was beautiful and big. The room was far more spacious than I expected. The staff were very helpful and kind. It was nice to have a microwave and refrigerator in my room. I can’t wait to visit again.
Disliked: Nothing! I loved everything!
