A good standard stay!

Liked: We checked in late, but was served quickly and with a smile. The room was of a good size, well furnished and clean. Breakfast was well worth the upgrade - but I'd say that the cooked breakfast items were more plentiful (and high quality) than some of the cold options.
Disliked: The only gripe was that there was no bottled water in the room / fridge - but that is a pretty minor complaint.

We wished we had stayed...

Liked: very little
Disliked: when we arrived at approx 11pm after a long day travelling back from a holiday in Malta, we were allocated a room that didn?t match our initial booking. The new room allocated was two twin beds. we asked to change and no king sized rooms were left so the best option we had was a family room with bunk beds. This room had an interconnecting door and the occupants of this next door room arrived in their room at 1.30am and woke us up with their noise, they had no respect for other hotel guests and the interconnecting door was so thin all the noise came through.
