Liked: Friendly staff, clean comfortable room. We were even warned of the trains vibrating the room. We didn't notice it.

Liked: The location was really good, very center of downtown.
Disliked: The fact that they didn’t have liquid soap in refillable containers as they still use small bar soaps.

Won’t stay there . It’s...

Liked: The friendly person at desk
Disliked: The bed was very uncomfortable, my neck and back hurt I hardly slept. The air conditioner wasn’t working properly some heat kept coming out. The jacuzzi is so small only 1 person was able to fit but hardly wasn’t worth the price I paid for the night. I ordered dessert. I picked it up. Took awhile to be served. Got back to my room and there was hair in the dessert it was gross. Called them they sent another one took over 30 min to come and I had to call back 3 times to realize they went to a different room i told them my room number 2 times
