Best Location for our Tournament

Liked: The location of this hotel is always great for our pickleball tournament. Although it is extremely close to the train station, if you are playing and sleep easily after a hectic day, this place is good. However, if you are a light sleeper and don't like noise, this is NOT the place for you!
Disliked: The alarm clock was broken, the AC started squealing, the fridge sucked (didn't get cold) and where it was located (bottom of a drawer) was not convenient, curtain was broken up top, some jacuzzi jet spayers weren't working properly -- I think they need to get maintenance on a few of their things especially when people pay good money to stay there.

Liked: The rooms were lean although in a little disrepair.
Disliked: The tub in the room although deep was barely wide enough for my wife to sit in, let alone me. The Spa in the pool area jets did not work, The door did not latch properly when it closed so you had to push or pull it shut when using it. We had booked 2 rooms, One for My wife and I and the other for our son and his girlfriend. When we arrived back after dinner the first night, there were two gentlemen sitting in our room drinking. Turns out the Hotel had given our Son the wrong room when we checked in. After the two gentlemen informed the hotel that there was already someone in that room they then switched the gentlemen to our room. Complete cluster****. It took about 45 minutes of my running back and forth with proof of the reservations we had before it was sorted out. The Hotel apologized and offered to discount our rooms ( which they did not do in the end). The hotel is very close to train tracks. Something they pointed out after our arrival and said there would be an occasional train (no mention of it in the description). Some trains were just noisy, others actually shook the room. And 5 or 6 trains a night to me exceeds what the indicated as an occasional train.
