Liked: We loved that we didn’t have to leave the building to go for dinner/drinks, also for breakfast the next morning:)We also loved that you supplied robes for us to put on over our bathing suits to hit the pool & jacuzzi!Full on opening window @ the Juliet balcony was also a plus!

Liked: I chose Sandman Signature due to its location to the downtown core and Riverside Park.Check in was smooth and easy and the staff was friendly.
Disliked: Upon entering the room the first thing I noticed was food debris on the carpet. I reported it the the front desk and they were were most apologetic and fixed the specific area that I mentioned at a time of my suggestion. The coffee table in the room was also coated in food stains and debris left from the previous occupants. These two incidents were most disturbing and made me uncomfortable and suspicious as to other cleaning habits in the room. The entire carpet had old debris on it and the legs of the chair a thick coating of dust. The sheer curtains were broken and I was unable to close them for privacy from the street. For the reported quality of this hotel, I was very dissapointed to find these housekeeping issues.

Liked: The lady at the front was so helpful getting me checked in.
Disliked: A lot of hair in the bed, blood on the bed sheet and something on one of the pillows. The TV wouldn't work, and I've tried numerous times to connect to the wifi and that wouldn't work.
