Liked: Service in hotel was very good; all the staff were very helpful.
Disliked: The heating in our room wasn't working. But when we informed the staff they quickly sorted it for us.

Liked: What a lovely hotel, staff were extremely welcoming and very helpful which is what I expected after such a long journey. The room was clean, spacious and had everything that I needed. Would not hesitate to stay again, thank you guys for a wonderful stay.
Disliked: There is absolutely nothing that I did not like

Liked: Central location, the suite was clean and was modern.
Disliked: Noisy, smelly of cannabis coming through window, roudy customers, smoke alarm going off accidently and English breakfast was dry.

Liked: Proximity to St James’ park (across the street). Perfect location for a stay for the football or a gig.
Disliked: No real issues

Disliked: Room was a bit tired.

Great location, room not up...

Liked: Great location, very central to Newcastle. Very efficient staff.
Disliked: I had a shower after arrival at 4pm and the water was cold. Various places in the room not clean. Including bedside table drink stained. Dirty radiator, walls and side of bed.
