Liked: Service in hotel was very good; all the staff were very helpful.
Disliked: The heating in our room wasn't working. But when we informed the staff they quickly sorted it for us.

Liked: Great location and lovely staff.
Disliked: Was really quite cold and no way to change heating setting. Felt like the room needed a lick of paint and a deeper clean (what looked like coffee on the walls, clothes got dusty hung up and shower needed a good bleach/scrub)

Liked: The staff was so helpful and caring. The room was good. Location was perfect.
Disliked: Bathroom's door is quite problematic.

Fantastic staff...just up the luxury...

Liked: Room had fridge, kettle and microwave. The staff were absolutely wonderful. Every single person from the moment I walked in was super friendly and helpful, this is often a rarity so a big win for this hotel.
Disliked: Can't cast to TV, need a bit of a spruce up. For a king signature room in the top floor it's small and basic.

Liked: Everything. I’ve stayed a few times. Perfect location. So so clean. Staff so lovely. Can’t fault it.
