The hotel was clean and the room was very comfortable. It was nice having Chop Steakhouse in the hotel.

Liked: The close proximity to the train to get to the concert was a short walk and one train stop away with another short walk.
Disliked: I wish more hotels would offer mobile check in to avoid the long line-ups during special event weekends.

Liked: Perfect location for the ice district
Disliked: Room wasn’t cleaned all that well, chips left on the floor from the last guest

Liked: Property location was perfect for the event we went to at Roger’s Place.
Disliked: Check in service was terrible. They would not check anyone in until it was time and the line up was out the door. There was 3 computers at the desk and only 2 staff members.

Beautiful If it were maintained

Liked: The pool was absolutely beautiful and amazing
Disliked: The walls in my room were coming apart and the curtains stained and broken for the amount that’s paid to stay it should be maintained better, along with a breakfast.

Exceptional

Liked: The room was perfect, we travelled down for a concert with our 9 year old. The convenience of being able to walk indoors from the hotel to Rogers Place was the reason I will stay here every time i come to Edmonton.
Disliked: The only downside, and it's nothing of the hotels fault, was the sirens all night. But that comes with any hotel downtown.

Disliked: Our room was not the one we booked because of leaks and then the room they gave us had sheets and blankets on the floors and then they tried to use the blankets from to the floor to make the beds
