Liked: Clean, modern and central to city centre.
Disliked: Room was extremely hot with no air conditioning (just a desk fan). Breakfast was lukewarm and not much choice.

Great stay

Liked: Very handy for his majesty's theatre, 5 mins walk. The room was lovely. Very clean. Very comfortable. Staff were very helpful. We had forgotten toothpaste and needed more toilet roll, they brought them round in less than 5 mins and gave us extra towels. I will definitely stay here again

Liked: Very nice decor, really welcoming.
Disliked: Daughter was a bit disappointed she couldn’t see out the window as it was so high up. Either could I for that matter, but that’s just a minor thing.

Liked: Pleasant helpful receptionist and courteous, inviting restaurant staff. Good location. Modern uncomplicated hotel.
Disliked: A little too warm. Also I would reorganise the order of the breakfast stations.
