Pleasant

Liked: The hotel is modern and well-maintained.
Disliked: The air conditioning is not functioning properly. With temperatures exceeding 31 degrees, the hotel was uncomfortably hot. Additionally, the noise from the air conditioning unit was like that of a tractor. The hot tub was not clean.

Liked: Everything was amazing except the loudness of the air conditioner unit, it was extremely loud. This would prevent me from staying again.
Disliked: The location and hotel and staff are amazing, but it is not amazing when the air conditioner is so loud you can't sleep :(

convenient location for a short...

Liked: Very comfortable rooms; relatively clean; free airport shuttle that was on time; coffee service in the lobby; secure room access on upper floors; close to a cute restaurant (The Tavern);
Disliked: there was one undesirable individual that was staying there that almost vandalized my sister's car while she was dropping me off

Exceptional

Liked: It’s connected to Denny’s and chop steakhouse
Disliked: My room right next to housekeeping laundry so it was loud, they ran out of hot water for one day, no laundry facilities and It’s $50 EVERY night you stay there for your deposit, not the standard $100 like some other hotels. Feels outdated, and dark.

Poor

Liked: The bed was comfortable and room was clean
Disliked: Check in was a nightmare.

Has really gone downhill

Liked: The area is good. It’s pet friendly and has a shuttle. Having Denny’s attached to it is great.
Disliked: The shuttle from the airport is supposed to be every 15 minutes. I arrived and called, they told me to go to post #2 and I waited there for 40 minutes. I called again and they said they forgot to send it. When the shuttle eventually showed up they drove past me even though I was where they said to be. The driver told me she wasn’t allowed to stop where they told me.When I got to the hotel, my room was 27 degrees and changing the AC did not fix it. I went to reception and she told me to just be patient, it’s slow. The next day it was still 27 in my room. Reception first said that due to the weather, AC doesn’t work great. I had to go down a third time and then they sent a tech. He came and worked on the AC and said it would be fixed. It kept getting hotter in my room. They finally switched me at like 5 that day. And they didn’t even offer compensation. There was a dude who was super out of it on drugs in the lobby for a long time. And the hallways smelled bad. It’s also super loud. There’s not much soundproofing. Any time the door in the hallway opened, it sounded like someone was trying to get into my room. And the doors to your room don’t close unless you really pull on them so watch for that.I’ve stayed in the past but will probably not be back.
