Very uncomfortable for two of...

Liked: Close to downtown
Disliked: I booked a suit for 4 people and there was only one queen sized bed and a pull out couch which was extremely uncomfortable. In order to use the pull out couch we had to move a very heavy table in front of the door I order to pul out the couch. This was a fire hazard as we could not open the door to the hall without climbing over the table and even then I could not open the door all the way.

Liked: Hotel charged us including breakfast we pay almost $500 without breakfast and we asked to manager he said buy breakfast from danny he is very rude. They just scammed including breakfast. sofa bed is very uncomfortable my kids was not sleep whole night and crying Outside the room and inside the room and all the ally way very bad small. Carpet are not cleaned. We whole family was very disappointed. We not recommend this hotel.

Liked: The pool & hot tub were alright, and they allowed an early check in.
Disliked: The cleanliness of the room was poor. There was grime in the shower, and the floors were not suitable. There were stains on the furniture. The overall appearance of the outdoor parking lot and lobby was sub-par.
