Five night stay with family

Liked: Great location with secure parking, decent pool, hot tub and fitness room. The kitchenette was very handy for our daily breakfast. Right next to Douglas (Trans Canada Hwy) but quiet at night.We made use of the laundry facilities (CDN$2 for wash, CDN$2 for dry).There is a Denny's in the hotel, a beer/liquor store next door and a gas station behind the property.
Disliked: We had a suite with 5 people in it. The room was fine but we found that the air con near the beds didn't quite cool the sitting area (where the sofa bed was used. There were ceiling fans in both areas of the room but air movement wasn't ideal.

Liked: Very accommodating for my whole family and we loved having the indoor pool
Disliked: Tell your maintenance guy not to yell at the front desk guy in front of customers at the front desk. It was not a good scene. It was very uncomfortable. Any coaching conversations like that should be behind closed doors not for everyone to witness.

Liked: The location is perfect as we were close to the place of our event.
Disliked: I booked for 4 guest for the room but they provided 3 towels only.
