The staff were very helpful...

Liked: The location was very close to the airport, with free parking and my room was very comfortable.
Disliked: The ice machine was not working on my floor and the air conditioner was very loud.

Liked: Staff were very friendly, and every question I had or requested was responded to. I was traveling with my dog so they upgraded my room so I was on the first floor. Thank you, it was very nice and appreciated. I don't go far without my dog, so I would have had to cancel my stay.
Disliked: The man that was in the lobby in the morning who was definitely on drugs. Security was there but still felt uneasy. It's everywhere in the city but I'm from the country so I was very unsettled.

Liked: It was in rougher than I thought. There was rubbish all over the foyer and cigarette butts. Plus, some of the night staff are quite rude. It was ok, just not worth the money.
